Consignors use the portal to build a submission in a few minutes — describing each card or autograph, uploading photos, setting an optional reserve price, and signing the consignment agreement electronically. Every batch gets its own tracking ID and packing slip. Once items arrive at our facility they are inspected, verified against the submission, professionally photographed, and listed across our sales channels, including eBay, CollX, and clevelandcardz.com. From there, consignors follow each item through every stage — received, verified, listed, sold, shipped, delivered, and paid out — from their own dashboard, with automatic payout scheduling and statements.
